SOUTH CHINA SEA (Mar. 10, 2016) – The Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Russell (DDG 59) approaches the Military Sealift Command dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Charles Drew (T-AKE 10) and U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) for a replenishment at sea. Blue Ridge is currently on patrol in the Indo-Asia Pacific area of operation after completing a 6-month selected restricted availability maintenance period.
