160309-N-HA376-698 BUSAN, Republic of Korea (March 9, 2016) - U.S. Navy Builder 2nd Class Clarke Stocker, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133, goes over construction plans with Republic of Korea (ROK) Seabees during exercise Foal Eagle 2016. NMCB 133 and ROK Seabees are working hand-in-hand to construct various expeditionary facilities during the exercise. Foal Eagle is an annual, bilateral training exercise designed to enhance the readiness of U.S. and ROK forces, and their ability to work together during a crisis.
