Joshua Baker, executive officer of Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 2, briefs 30th Naval Construction Regiment and Republic of Korea (ROK) Seabees on a UCT 2 and ROK diver underwater project during exercise Foal Eagle 2016. The UCT 2 and ROK Seabee divers are working together to practice crane operations with divers in the water and underwater concrete block placement. Foal Eagle is an annual, bilateral training exercise designed to enhance the readiness of U.S. and ROK forces, and their ability to work together during a crisis.
