160225-N-AO823-135 ARABIAN GULF (Feb. 25, 2016) Guided-missile destroyer USS Bulkeley (DDG 84) receives fuel and cargo from dry cargo ship USNS Medgar Evers (T-AKE 13) during a replenishment at sea. Bulkeley is deployed as part of the Harry S.
