U.S. Army soldiers are conducting a medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) operation, unloading a patient on a litter from a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter. Multiple soldiers in MultiCam/OCP camouflage uniforms are carrying the stretcher away from the aircraft while it remains on the ground with rotors spinning. The scene appears to be a field exercise or real-world casualty evacuation on open terrain.
