Military medical personnel are conducting what appears to be a casualty evacuation (CASEVAC) training exercise in an arid desert environment. Two soldiers in multicam/OCP uniforms are attending to simulated casualties on litters near a tan HMMWV ambulance vehicle marked with a Red Cross. A military helicopter is visible in the hazy background, consistent with MEDEVAC operations.
