160216-N-ZZ999-001 BUSAN, Republic of Korea (Feb. 16, 2016) Builder 2nd Class Nathan Carrasco of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3 and Republic of Korea (ROK) navy engineer from NMCB 1 lift a wooden truss for the roof of a SEA Hut. NMCB 3 and the ROKN NMCB 1 are working together to construct a Timber Tower and a SEA Hut in preparation for Key Resolve/Foal Eagle 2016. NMCB 3 is homeported in Port Hueneme, Calif., and is currently deployed to Okinawa, Japan. Its mission is to support Navy and joint forces throughout the U.S. Pacific Command with construction projects and humanitarian missions in more than 13 different geographical locations.
