160209-N-SL238-254 SAN CLEMENTE ISLAND, Calif. (Feb. 9, 2016) Lt. Elizabeth Quagliano (right) and Builder Constructionman Keenen Hankins, both assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, work together to level out freshly poured concrete. NMCB 3 placed nearly five cubic yards of concrete in support of a building revitalization project. NMCB 3 is homeported in Port Hueneme, Calif., and is currently deployed to Okinawa, Japan. Its mission is to support Navy and joint forces throughout the U.S. Pacific Command with construction projects and humanitarian missions in more than 13 different geographical locations.
