GULF OF THAILAND (Feb. 21, 2016)- Marines assigned to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), drive an amphibious assault vehicle (AAV) into the well deck of amphibious dock landing ship USS Ashland (LSD 48). Ashland is assigned to the Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group (BHRARG) and is conducting a routine patrol in the 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
