160212-N-ZZ999-021 YOKOSUKA, Japan (Feb. 12, 2016) Culinary Specialist 3rd Class Fredrick Harding from Washington, Utah, serves dinner to Sailors stationed aboard the U.S. Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). All meals were served via portable hot trays in the mess decks due to a scheduled maintenance power outage. Ronald Reagan provides a combat-ready force that protects and defends the collective maritime interests of its allies and partners in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
