U.S. Marines with 1st Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment (1/3), disembark a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter during Fuji Viper 16-3 on Camp Fuji, Fuji, Japan, Feb. 9, 2016. The Marines of 1/3 disembarked a UH-60 Black Hawk as a part of long range assault training to sustain their proficiency in combat operations. Fuji Viper 16-3 is a training exercise where Marines and Sailors conduct live fire and non-live fire combined arms training in order to sustain combat proficiency to support contingency operations in the U.S. Pacific Command area of operations. .
