U.S. Air Force Airman Matthew Kennison, a client systems technician with the 35th Communications Squadron, adjusts cable heads at Misawa Air Base, Japan, Feb. 10, 2016. Although Misawa AB is transitioning to a Voice over Internet Protocol system for phones, the majority of the base talks through an analog phone system.
