Adam Barlow, the commander of Company D, 151st Infantry Regiment (Long Range Surveillance), during that unit’s designation ceremony, Sunday, Jan. 24, 2016. The LRS unit will now fall under the Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 38th Infantry Division.
