Col. Scott Avery, Chief of Staff, Regional Health Command-Pacific, welcomes Army, Navy, Air Force, and Department of the Army civilians, to the Global Health Education Medical Operations Course hosted by RHC-P at the U.S. Army Reserve’s 9th Military Support Command facility on Fort Shafter, Hawaii February 6. Over the course of three days, Military leaders increase their understanding, from a global health perspective, of the purpose and significance of Military Health Engagements and the impact such engagements can have on military operations and international relationships worldwide.
