160202-N-ZZ999-001 PEARL HARBOR (Feb. 2, 2016) - Builder 2nd Class Jesus Saucedo and Construction Electrician 2nd Class Philip Wall, assigned to Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 2, install a reinforced fiberglass jacket onto a damaged pile, in preparation for a concrete pour. UCT 2’s Construction Dive Detachment Alfa (CDDA) is conducting pier repair on Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam to help prolong Third Fleet assets. CDDA is on the first stop of their deployment, where they are conducting inspection, maintenance, and repair of various underwater and waterfront facilities in support of the Pacific Fleet.
