(Far right) Romanian Joint Forces Command representative, Col. Valentin Cheptanariu, was in attendance as the distinguished visitor during the flag raising ceremony Jan. 26, 2016, to commemorate construction of a new flag pole area near the main entrance of the Provost Marshal’s Office. Cheptanariu was also visiting Bagram for an inspection of the Romanian troops, to know what else should change in the Romanian MP Mission statement, and to obtain a report on the condition of his soldiers and the dynamics at the PMO.
