North Carolina National Guard Soldier Sgt. Colin Kalescky, assigned to the 105th Military Police Battalion Headquarters, Headquarters Company, helps escort Charles Harbison, an 86-year-old resident of Asheville, N.C., as he exits Davita Kidney Care Center following his dialysis treatment Jan. 23, 2016. Harbison called 911 emergency after discovering there was no way for him to make it to the center due to the severe winter weather and because of the overwhelming volume of emergency responses in the region, the NCNG was called to assist and transport Harbison in the hazardous conditions.
