Master Sgt. Jerry Kurz, a combat search and rescue loadmaster instructor with the 102nd Rescue Squadron, pulls another airman aboard a life raft during combat and water survival training at Homestead Air Reserve Base, Fla., Jan. 18, 2016. During this training, aircrew members gained refresher training on using their emergency radios, tactical movements through difficult terrain, how to build shelters, ways to build fires, and methods for evading the enemy.
