High Speed Vessel Swift (HSV-2) arrives in Naples, Italy, for a brief stop for cargo and personnel. Swift will depart Naples for its mission with USS Nicholas (FFG 47) to Africa Partnership Station East. APS is an international initiative developed by U.S. Naval Forces Europe-U.S. Naval Forces Africa, which aims to work cooperatively with U.S. and international partners to improve maritime safety and security in Africa.
