U.S. Army's The Old Guard swings their bayoneted rifles with their noncommissioned officer in charge standing in the middle - as a demonstration of faith in his Soldiers - during the Army All-American Bowl Awards on Friday, Jan. 8, at the Grand Hyatt in San Antonio. The Army All-American Bowl selects 90 of the best high school football players from across the nation and 125 high school band members to perform during the game. The East versus West-style game will kick off at 1 p.m. Saturday EST at the Alamodome. The game will be televised nationally on NBC. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
