Kicking off the U.S. Army All-American Bowl, Sgt. 1st Class April Boucher, lead singer of “The Volunteers,” a U.S. Army Field Band ensemble, rocks the packed concert hall Friday, Jan. 8, at the Grand Hyatt in San Antonio. The Army has been a sponsor for the elite high school football bowl game since 2002 and uses the week to show the American public what its military as to offer in leadership and diversity.
