Third Army commanding general Lt. Gen. William G. Webster learns about the capabilities of the air digger attachment and the "spork" found at the end of the Buffalo mine protected clearance vehicle's interrogation arm from St. Cloud, Minn., native, Pvt. 1st Class Bryan Kelly of the 569th Engineer Company, 4th Engineer Battalion (Task Force THOR). Webster spent some time with the TF THOR Soldiers during his visit on Christmas Day to Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan. Task Force THOR conducts route clearance missions throughout the Regional Command-South area of operation.
