Josh Kinser, a mechanic at the Lake Barkley power plant, simulates rescuing Ramiro Santoyo, an electrician at the Cheatham power plant, during a fall and rescue protection training class at the Cheatham Dam and power plant in Ashland City, Tenn. One-hundred-forty personnel from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Nashville District, Operations Division recently completed required fall and rescue protection training.
