    U.S. Army Lt. Gen. (retired) Keith Dayton, director of the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies, welcomes 76 counterterrorism alumni from 44 countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, Middle East and North America Nov. 17 on the second day of the Global Counterterrorism Alumni Community of Interest Workshop: “Perspectives on Countering Foreign Terrorist Fighters” held Nov. 16 to 19 at the George C.
