U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Clint Peyton, a squadron corpsman with Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 463, Marine Aircraft Group 40, Marine Expeditionary Brigade-Afghanistan, finishes preparing a Level 1 rapid infusion system in the trauma department at the hospital here. This device rapidly provides fluid and blood products to be infused into a trauma patient.
