Troy Black, the 1st MLG sergeant major, speak to junior enlisted service members at an awards breakfast aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., Nov. 20, 2015. The breakfast was held at the house of Brig. Gen. David Ottignon’s, commanding general of 1st MLG, and honored the dedication shown by the service members who were present.
