Louisiana Army National Guardsman Col. Ronnie D. Stuckey, Camp Minden's installation commander, presents a plaque to retired Army Maj. James E. Bolin Sr.'s children during a dedication ceremony commemorating his memory and service held at Camp Minden, La., Dec. 9. Camp Minden's post headquarters building was renamed as Bolin Hall in memory of his service to this country and Webster Parish community.
