Maj. Gen. Bennett C. Landreneau, adjutant general of the Louisiana National Guard, and members of retired Army Maj. James E. Bolin Sr.'s family unveil a portrait of Bolin and a plaque commemorating his memory and service during a dedication ceremony held at Camp Minden, La., Dec. 9. Camp Minden's post headquarters building was renamed as Bolin Hall in memory of his service to this country and Webster Parish community.
