    Sgt. 1st Class Reag Wood, the noncommissioned officer in charge of the 1st AD Pre-Ranger course, conducts an after action review following a graded patrol with Pre-Ranger candidates Nov. 17. Thirty-one candidates started Pre-Ranger on Nov. 2, five completed the course and were recommended to attend Ranger School.
