Capt. Shirley De La Rosa, 2nd Aerospace Medical Squadron Optometrist, conducts a Binocular Indirect Ophthalmoscopy, or BIO, on a Chizu McCasland at Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Oct. 22, 2015.
