Jennifer Lacy, 145th Force Support Squadron (FSS), on her promotion to the next higher grade after a ceremony held in her honor at the North Carolina Air National Guard Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Nov. 7, 2015. Lacy started her career as a crew chief in December 1992, and through her outstanding character and drive is now moving into the position of the 145th FSS commander.
