U.S. Air Force Major Karen Shook, commander of the 145th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron,(AMXS), stands ready for promotion to Lt. Shook has served 24 years in the Air Force, 17 as a member of the NCANG where she has served under the 145th Operations Group, 145th Logistics Readiness Squadron and 145th AMXS.
