INDIAN OCEAN (Oct. 31, 2015) A U.S. Marine with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit’s Maritime Raid Force aims at his target during a deck shoot aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2). The Marines practiced shooting on the move at multiple targets to create more realistic drills and increase their speed and accuracy. The 15th MEU, embarked on the ships of the Essex Amphibious Ready Group, is deployed to maintain regional security in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Sgt.
