Fellows take part in a negotiation exercise Oct. 27 in which they work to overcome differences to agree on an approach to combat climate change impacts. The exercise was the culmination of the Advanced Security Cooperation course (ASC 15-2) held Sept. 24 to Oct. 29 at the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies. The course is designed to increase cooperation among the region's many security practitioners in the interest of peace and stability.
