Army Reserve Sgt. Luke Washburn, 338th Army Band, performs Taps in remembrance of Rutherford B. Hayes during a presidential wreath laying ceremony at his tomb in Fremont, Ohio, Oct. 4, 2015. The ceremony served as the capstone event for a weekend celebration at the Hayes estate known as Spiegel Grove. The celebration included hundreds of Civil War-era costumed re-enactors, period exhibits and a Battle of Opequan re-enactment.
