    151018-N-AX103-080 WATERS SOUTH OF JAPAN (Oct. 18, 2015) Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe walks through rainbow sideboys on the flight deck as he prepares to depart the U.S. Navy's only forward-deployed aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76). During the visit, Abe and other Japanese dignitaries met with senior U.S. Navy representatives including Vice Adm. Nora Tyson, commander, U.S. 3rd Fleet, Rear Adm. Matthew Carter, commander, U.S. Naval Forces Japan, Rear Adm. John Alexander, commander, Battle Force 7th Fleet, and Capt. Chris Bolt, Ronald Reagan's commanding officer.
