    III Marine Expeditionary Force   

    Pfc. Travis English, scout observer, Echo Battery, 2nd Battalion, 12th Marine Regiment, attaches dried grass, gathered from local terrain, to his homemade ghillie suit Nov. 7. English, along with other scout observers, practiced observation techniques and provided target location information to the regiment's forward observers and fire direction center during Artillery Relocation Training Exercise 09-03, Nov. 2-10.
