Members of the South Carolina Department of Transportation block drains on a section of Dorchester Rd. near Trolley Rd. in Summerville, S.C., Oct. 7, 2015, that was affected by recent flooding throughout South Carolina. Drains were blocked off to allow the Summerville Old Fort Fire Department to drain the water.
