(Oct. 5, 2015)- Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 run to take cover during a simulated enemy attack during a project to erect a Mabey Johnson Bridge during NMCB 4’s Field Training Exercise (FTX) in Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif. The training is designed to exercise all aspects of the battalion’s defensive and operational capabilities from manning a fighting position on the company lines, to reacting to chemical warfare threats and improvised explosive devices.
