(Oct. 8, 2015)- Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4 screw hinges on a Southeast Asia (SEA) hut door during NMCB 4’s Field Training Exercise (FTX) in Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif. FTX prepares and tests the battalion’s ability to enter hostile locations, build assigned construction projects and defend against enemy attacks, using realistic scenarios as more than 100 evaluators from Naval Construction Group (NCG) 1 and Naval Construction Training Center (NCTC) grade each evolution.
