U.S. Soldiers with the 741st Quarter Master Company, South Carolina Army National Guard, set up cots at the A.C. Flora High School shelter, Columbia, S.C., for those displaced by the S.C. floods, Oct. 7, 2015. The SCNG has been activated to support state and county emergency management agencies and local first responders as historic flooding impacts counties statewide.
