Petty Officer 1st Class Kenneth Hoppe, a marine science technician assigned to the container inspection team at Coast Guard Sector Puget Sound in Seattle, fills out a sticker to notify the shipper of a hazardous material tank at Terminal 18 at the Port of Seattle that the tank is in violation of federal regulation and is prohibited from being moved or reloaded until the discrepancy is corrected, Sept. 28, 2015.
