Dasty sits with his handler Lance Cpl. Donald Hesse after a day of training at Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Sept. 24, 2015. The handlers and the dogs do everything together to help build a strong relationship. “You have to build a bond with them and make that connection where you actually click and become a team with your dog,” said Hesse.
