A 47-foot Motor Life Boat is moored in the boathouse at Station Quillayute River in La Push, Wash., Sept. 15, 2015. The all-aluminum boat is designed to withstand impacts of three times the acceleration of gravity and self-right in less than 10 seconds after rolling over with all machinery fully operational.
