U.S. Air Force Senior Master Sgt. Dontraz Mcnair, superintendent, 145th Airlift Wing, Emergency Management, gives a hands-on demonstration of materials necessary to use in the field while administering self-aid and buddy care during the Air Expeditionary Skills Rodeo, held Sept. 13, 2015, in a hangar at the North Carolina Air National Guard Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Mcnair and a team of emergency management personnel taught specific skills which consists of activities like treating for shock, patient transportation and how to recognize various ailments.
