GREAT LAKES, Ill. (Sept. 11, 2015) -- Recruit Training Command (RTC) staff prepare to fold the national ensign during a 9/11 remembrance at a pass-in-review graduation ceremony in Midway Ceremonial Drill Hall, Sept. 11. The flag was presented to the Leon Rockingham Jr., the mayor of North Chicago. Also in attendance was leadership from naval bases in Great Lakes and first responders from the local community who observed 1,011 recruits become the newest Sailors in the U.S. Navy.
