GREAT LAKES, Ill. (Sept. 11, 2015) -- Chief Builder (Select) Alfred Fehling salutes the National Ensign after presenting it to the Honorable Leon Rockingham, Jr., Mayor of North Chicago, during a 9/11 remembrance at a pass-in-review graduation ceremony in Midway Ceremonial Drill Hall, Sept. 11. Joining Rockingham on the drill deck is Captain James Hawkins, Commanding Officer of Naval Station Great Lakes.
