A firefighter with the Tempe Fire Department rings a ceremonious bell for the fallen firefighters of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, during a ceremony at the 9-11 Healing Field Memorial at Tempe Town Lake in Tempe, Ariz., Sept. 11, 2015. The traditional ringing of the bell signals when a firefighter is called to duty. Three rings represents the end of a firefighters duties. In addition to the local firefighters, law enforcement, members of the greater Phoenix community, and Marines attended the ceremony. More than 800 Marines are currently in the valley of the sun as part of Marine Week Phoenix to celebrate community, country, and corps with the citizens of Arizona. The Marines are performing band concerts, showcasing equipment and aircraft, such as the MV-22 Osprey and AH-1Z Super Cobra, and engaging in community service events. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Sgt.
