Local firefighters, law enforcement, members of the greater Phoenix community, and Marines gathered at the 9-11 Healing Field Memorial at Tempe Town Lake in Tempe, Ariz. to honor the fallen Sept. 11, 2015. More than 800 Marines are currently in the valley of the sun as part of Marine Week Phoenix to celebrate community, country, and corps with the citizens of Arizona. The Marines are performing band concerts, showcasing equipment and aircraft, such as the MV-22 Osprey and AH-1Z Super Cobra, and engaging in community service events. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Sgt.
