    Lt. Col. Michael Oshiki, Army surgeon assigned to Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines, checks the heartbeat of a young girl at a Medical Civic Action Project. The MEDCAP treated hundreds of patients ranging in services from routine check-ups, dental extractions, and distributed free prescription medications. Additionally, JSOTF-P donated 20 boxes of medications and 10 boxes of clothes.
